1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 91kiss website accessible at the domain 91kiss.org together with all related applications and services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers and uses the 91kiss platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player to use the platform's services.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial activity including deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers within the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit value or financial benefit granted by 91kiss to players through specific promotions.

By registering, the player confirms that all information provided is true and valid. The player also agrees to notify 91kiss of any changes to their registration information.

3. User Account

Each player is fully responsible for their account, including:

• Ensuring no other party uses their account.
• Reporting any unauthorised access to 91kiss support immediately.

A 91kiss account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling or lending an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Any activity on an account is considered to have been carried out by the registered account holder.

91kiss reserves the right to take action on any account suspected of involving fraud, abuse or a violation of these terms, including suspending or closing the account without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

91kiss offers various promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general provisions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of the platform's systems.
• Sharing accounts or granting access to other parties.

Any violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate action including instant suspension, account closure, fund freezing and possible reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

91kiss provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the platform's continuous availability. This platform operates under international licensing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 91kiss is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity.
• Service interruptions caused by technical factors outside the platform's control.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries risk and are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions.

9. Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 91kiss customer support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible fund balance will be processed for withdrawal.

91kiss reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
